EL PROYECTO
XIK TULUM, is the third development of MEXARK Architects in Tulum, and the seventh in the Riviera Maya.
There are six units, with finishes and a boho chic style, spacious spaces, with terraces, private pool and jacuzzis in all units.

XIK TULUM, es el tercer desarrollo de MEXARK Arquitectos en Tulum, y el séptimo en la Riviera Maya.
Son seis departamentos, con acabados y un estilo boho chic, espacios amplios, con terrazas, albercas y jacuzzis privados en todos los departamentos.
LOCATION
Tulum has become in recent years one of the world’s favorite destina- tions, and rightly so.
It is a unique place, where the best of Mayan culture, the most beautiful bea- ches of the Mexican Caribbean, nature reserves and restaurants with internationally renowned chefs are merged.
Thanks to the growth, it has strategically develo- ped a new avenue of the town to the beach. There, 3 blocks from the most important new avenue of Tulum, there we are.
UBICACIÓN
Tulum se ha convertido en los últimos años en uno de los destinos favoritos del mundo, y con justa razón.
Es un lugar único, en donde se fusiona lo mejor de la cultura maya, las playas más bonitas del caribe mexicano, reservas naturales y restaurantes con chefs internacionalmente reconocidos.
Gracias al crecimiento, se ha desarrollado estratégicamente una nueva avenida del pueblo a la playa. Ahí, a 3 cuadras de la nueva avenida más importantes de Tulum, ahí estamos.

Algunos preferimos la vista, y este departamento está a la altura de todas las copas de los árboles. En donde puedes ver nidos de pájaros y ardillas correr entre las ramas. El espacio es justo el necesario y está en un primer piso, así que no está tan abajo, ni tan arriba.
Some prefer the view, and this apartment lives up to all the treetops. Where you can see nests of birds and squirrels running between the branches. The space is just the right one and it’s on the first floor, so it’s not so low, not so high up.
PENTHOUSE
Como en todos lados, el PH es el departamento que está hasta arriba. Y la cereza de este PH es su rooftop privado, un espacio muy amplio con pér- gola y alberca.
Nos encanta que por como está construido el edificio en posición al sol, nunca te va a faltar.
